Welcome, this is WORLD SOUL from the Netherlands. Leona (Philippo) was born in Toronto, Canada in 1979. At the age of 6, Leona established herself with her adoptive family in Oestgeest, the Netherlands. Here she enrolled at the Conservatory of Music in Rotterdam at the age of 17. The track "Shake Ya Tail Feather" is taken from her second CD album Strut It released on Lions Den Records in 2009.
