Hi, everybun! How are you all doing? In this video, I'll be doing all different types of hand sounds by rubbing my palms together, rubbing my knuckles and nails over each other, scratching my palms and knuckles, tapping my palms and nails, making finger flutters, and making different sticky palm sounds. In addition, I will be doing some personal attention triggers with plucking and flicking hand sounds. I tried to do a no talking video because that's sometimes better for people who can't focus with talking in asmr videos if you are doing work, for example. But, I thought that the video needed some extra types of sounds to break up the hand sounds, so I did some inaudible whispering to have some added mouth sounds to contrast from all the hand sounds while not having any distinguishable words to be less distracting. Let me know if you would like a truly no talking hand sounds video or if you like inaudible whispering more. Unfortunately my camera died after 40 minutes of recording because I had just filmed the other hand sound video just before. So, now I know I gotta plug in my camera in between if I want to film two, two hour videos in a row lol. So, sorry this video is a bit shorter.

In many cases, you have to remember that the person that can best help you is you. While relying on others isn't a bad thing, you often need to remember that you need to be the one to help yourself to get through certain situations that others can't help you with. They can be there for you to support you, but you are the one that needs to take action to help yourself. It's funny that you can sometimes be your own biggest ally or obstacle. You can convince yourself that things are out of your control or can't be changed, or you can convince yourself that you are capable of achieving any dream or goal you put your mind to. Remember to be kind to yourself and work at your own pace to keep working on building yourself up instead of tearing yourself down.
Some people use their hands so much to help others sometimes they forget to use them to help themselves. It's very positive and fulfilling to help others, but you shouldn't neglect your own happiness and well being to be able to help others first. While on the other hand, some people sometimes choose to only help themselves with their hands. Sometimes you need to do this because just helping yourself is hard enough when you have a bout of poor mental or physical health, troubles at work or school, troubles in your relationships, etc. You shouldn't feel guilty about taking time to help yourself heal and fix issues in your life that are hurting your mental or physical well being. You need to be able to take care of your own needs before other's to be able to give extra love, patience, and energy. Sometimes you only have enough for you, and that's okay. Once you are in a better place, you can give back some of the help and care you received when you weren't doing well, so then when you aren't feeling your best in the future, that help will be returned to you. There needs to be balance between how much you help yourself and others in order to have enough energy and love to spare for you and those you care about or those you wish to help to be able to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.
