Met up with my co-agent and headed to the real part of Cebu to look for budget-friendly appliances for our tenant. Gaisano was the first stop… but no luck this time 😅

So we pivoted and made our way to Ayala Center Cebu—and Metro did not disappoint. Lots of good deals, promos worth checking, and price comparisons that actually made sense.

Quick stop to check faucets (because the details matter), then wrapped up the day with a well-deserved lunch. Walking out of the mall with all the festive lights around just felt right 🎄✨
