हार्ट अटैक के दर्द की बात करे तो वह दोनों हाथो में , shoulder या पीठ कही पे भी हो सकता है। यह कभी भी श्रम करने के बाद होता है। Diabetes के मरीजों को heartattack के लक्षण नहीं दीखते है उनको सिर्फ सास फूलना या पसीने जैसे लक्षण दिखाई देते है। वयस्क लोगो में भी ऐसेही लक्षण दिखाई देते है जिसे atypical symptoms of heartattack कहते है।
