Chimney Rock State Park offers great options to hike in North Carolina. In this video we take you along as we hike on three trails, the Outcroppings, Exclamation Point and Skyline. Along the way we stop at points of interesting including Chimney Rock. Exclamation Point, Peregrines Point and Hickory Nut Falls. Visiting during the fall offers comfortable hiking temperatures and beautiful views of the leaves changing color.

Along the trails we took timewarp footage (which is basically a timelapse when moving). This video will give you a good understanding of the terrain along each trail. We hope this video is enjoyed by those who are unable to visit Chimney Rock State Park and by those who are planning a visit in the future.

We visited in October of 2020, and at that time they were monitoring admissions. When the park reached capacity they stopped allowing visitors. We only had to wait about 10-15 mins for the park to no longer be at capacity. The park tends to be quite busy during fall color season which is identified between October 15 and November 15.
