I got a new Medium Heavy rod to replace my broken heavy rod. I am becoming addicted to AliExpress. I find myself on there almost everyday searching for deals. I only paid $60 for this rod and my first impressions are…… I'm really impressed! It only took one month to get here.

It is beautiful, sensitive, and a two piece. No longer do I have to put it in the back with the yak to get all dinged up. The reel seat is solid and I like the cork handle. The only thing I don't like are the really small eyes. This is just a personal preference and they do have a plus side, the line does not get wrapped around them as easy but a leader knot will not pass through as easily. The rod is really fast and stops wiggling as soon as you stop moving it. I was fishing straight braid on a frog and it was very sensitive and easy to cast accurately.

What do yall think about this rod? For $60 I think it would be hard to find one comparable.
