Within the team, you always have to maintain your position in line. You've got to stand your ground and be unmovable on your position. I'm not in the team, but I don't care. I want to learn from the back and take my own learnings. I want to be a part of this team. If not now, then someday, but I will surely learn from here, so I want to come. If you have that passion and spirit within you and consistently work towards it, there will definitely come a day when your number will be called. One of my teachers once said that you can't teach work ethics to someone talented, but for someone with work ethics, consistency, and who wants to learn and be disciplined, you can definitely teach talent.
