Roller Speargun Design Model

Roller Speargun 3D model created using Google Sketchup Cad program, this wood roller speargun is classified as a 95cm, the shaft is 7mm diameter x 135cm long, rubber bands are 16mm diameter, visit my channel “Mrmyvids4you” to see a full series of videos showing how I made the trigger mechanism and the beginning of the construction of two spearguns, one will be a 95 traditional speargun and the other will be a roller speargun!
To move away from the more traditional way of building wood spearguns I chose marine plywood for the stock material, by gluing six pieces of plywood together I end up with a 50mm thick piece of plywood that will be shaped to the final design using a combination of hand tools, some common power tools, and lots of elbow grease!
I will not have any plans available before the triggers machs and spearguns are finished and field tested for a long time to know if it works, that is reliable and most important that is safe to use!
However at this moment to help the DIY speargun projects out there! I can provide some overall dimensions that anyone can use along with all the information from my videos.

Overall length- 120cm
Length from the center of the rollers axle to the trigger housing - 95cm
Speargun shaft -7mmx135cm
Rubber bands-16mm
Rollers- 28x16mm from Ermes-Sub
Trigger mach.
Housing- outside dimensions - 65x30x13mm
Wall thickness 2mm
Trigger and Sear- 5mm thick
Material 316 stainless steel
