This unique process, coined "Fibroid Birthing" by Dr. Eshe, is the wholistic process of the natural release of fibroids from the body via the vagina. It consists of the excessive bleeding reduced, Bloating alleviated, fibrous tissue breaking up, fibroid tissue releases from the body vaginally. Note: Some Sistah's on the programs do not birth fibroids in one lump, instead, the fibrous tissue dissolves and/or releases over time.
