Nothing like an extra spicy plate of sushi after a long day swimming in the Summer heat. This is a food normally stocked in the grocery stores and is very healthy for you in moderate consumption if you do not have any allergies so such foods. As always a food that agrees with us may not always agree with you. As you see in this video there was a moderate amount applied to the sushi but it was not expected.
