We stayed at the beautiful Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, located in the heart of the city. Throughout our stay, we indulged in delicious breakfasts and took full advantage of the hotel’s amenities, including a refreshing swim in the pool. Our journey wouldn’t be complete without visiting the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple, one of the most famous landmarks in Madurai. We share important details about this spiritual experience, offering tips for a smooth visit.

Food lovers will enjoy our visits to some of Madurai’s most renowned eateries, including Amma Mess, Dindigul Thalappakatti, and Kumar Mess, where we savored authentic South Indian flavors. We also made a stop at the local Decathlon store to pick up some swimwear for our poolside relaxation.
