This is the longplay of the game World of Illusion: Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, known in Japan as I Love Mickey & Donald - Mysterious Magic Box. This game is action and platform style, having been released in 1992 exclusively for Sega Genesis. It is a game that is part of the same universe as the Illusion series of Mickey Mouse games.

The game's plot begins when Mickey and Donald are in a theater doing a magic show. The two characters have discovered a magic box, but upon opening they are abducted to a magical world, ruled by a powerful wizard named Pete. Mickey and Donald must go through the levels in order to find their way back home.

The game has extremely well made and colorful graphics, great gameplay and a very well made soundtrack. The player can play alone choosing Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck, or cooperatively with two players controlling Mickey and Donald, while sharing the same set of lives. Mickey and Donald can run, jump, or attack with their flourishing capes.
Depending on the character chosen in Single Player Mode, the levels will change. In Multiplayer mode they also differ completely from Single Player, as teamwork becomes essential with two players: players can stand on each other's shoulders and use ropes to help the other character climb to the highest places .
It is simply an excellent game. This video was made in Single Player mode, with two playthroughs (one with Mickey and the other with Donald).
