¾ cup Moong Dal, मुंग दाल
¼ cup Chana Dal, चना दाल
1 tbsp Rava, रवा
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
¾ tsp Sendha Salt, सेंधा नमक
½ tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
¼ tsp Hing, हिंग
¾ cup Water, पानी
Oil, तेल
Paneer, पनीर
Roasted Cumin Powder, शीका हुआ जीरा पावडर

JAIN CHUTNEY
⅛ cup Peanuts, मूंगफली
2 Kashmiri Dry Chilies, कश्मीरी सुखी मिर्च
1 tsp Cumin, जीरा
¾ tsp Amchur, आमचूर
½ tsp Sendha Salt, सेंधा नमक
½ tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
½ tsp Coriander-Cumin, धनिया-जीरा
¼ cup Water, पानी
2 tsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Mustard, राय
½ tsp Urad Dal, उरद दाल
2 dry Red Chilies, सुखी लाल मिर्च
