When faced with the formidable challenge of a million-dollar ICT upgrade encompassing finance, billing, and procurement systems, Westernport Water realised they didn't have the internal resources they needed to successfully implement the project.

To fill the technical and resourcing gap, the group turned to CT - their trusted managed services provider.
