I AM UNSTOPPABLE AFFIRMATIONS
We all need the courage to face challenges in life—the big ones and the little ones. But where to find this wellspring of courage? I like this advice from the ancient advice of the Indian sage Patanjali, who said, “When you are inspired by some great purpose, all your thoughts break their bonds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great, and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties, and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”

With the outbreak of the new coronavirus and the restrictions that we are obliged to face daily, it is normal that some people may fall a victim to worry, excessive anxiety, depression, and an overall feeling of dissatisfaction. It is natural for us humans to feel scared and get overwhelmed by emotions of anxiety and fear when we find ourselves in a situation that seems to be difficult, uncertain, and frightening for all of us. In such situations, fear is our natural response but we should all be aware that too much fear can harm us, and it will be good if we keep our fears under control, and keep them rational. When we are scared, all things are possible to come to our minds, and as a result, all kinds of worst-case scenarios appear in our heads.
Positive affirmations are simple and usually short statements declaring specific goals, desires, or wishes. Although they sound like simple messages, repeated over and over they can have profound effects on the conscious and unconscious mind. First, they will change your thinking and then your reality. Neuroscience has in fact proven that our thoughts can actually change the structure and functioning of our brains.
When first practicing positive affirmations, try picking one or two to focus on for several weeks.
