revisited this team!! made a lot of optimisations from previous showings of this comp.
i had faster times by cycling encore faster and not waiting for changli's outro anymore~
this comp has so many tiny optimisations it's insane.. it's really fun

this comp has 2 directions depending on if you changli lib at the start or wait for her 4 stacks
the problem is you want to use skill to activate fusion set, but you also don't want to liberation without verina outro.. it's a tough choice and likely just would depend on kill time in cutting speed scenarios

i could talk about all the micro of this comp and how it changed compared to the old changli encore forever - but tbh... it's not really worth? encore sanhua is just so much easier to pilot and we're swapping and managing so much in changli encore for very little payout :(

but do notice we're making even less use of changli's outro now than before and it's still pretty fast. the moment we get a limited fusion lib dps then changli is giga winning~

oh yeah and if i knew i was gonna kill i should've casted skill before lib at the very end

i'll be honest i found it pretty funny since a lot of my optimisations were derived from playtesting for hours and improving upon the original rotation + lots of trial and error especially on the concerto generation side of things, the rotation is very similar to the cn player's one~ although i think 39sec isn't the limit for sure
