Catfish bait challenge

Hello, my name is Paul and I am a full time nomadic fisherman. I started my journey in Oregon and I’m on a mission to travel the country and explore fishing in every state. That means that I am always the new guy and never know where the hot spots are. In each episode I am in a new location, sometimes learning new tricks from locals. Come along with me as I fish from my kayak or off shore for familiar fish and species that I have never caught before. In this raw chicken bait challenge, I find out what scent catfish prefer when given the choice between anise and garlic. I am using two poles side by side and rigged the same for one hour to get the answer. Watch and find out which one is the winner!
