Memorial Day weekend is a time to honor the country’s fallen heroes. People can commemorate the holiday with the “Our War Too: Women in Service” exhibit at the Henry Ford Museum.

There are ways to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month at the Detroit Institute of Arts and a Detroit City Football Club game.

Plus, Movement Music Festival takes over Hart Plaza in Detroit, the Kensington Art Fair brings sculpture, paintings and more to Milford, and the Charles H. Wright Museum hosts an African Liberation Weekend.
