MANDATE EDT - AN OVERLOOKED GEM FROM 1976 - FRAGRANCE REVIEW

Mandate - the fragrance of my childhood. It was the smell of any a man from the mid-70's, as it was easily accessed and cheap. But, in spite of its affordability and the passage of time - Mandate is still a rich and decidedly masculine fragrance that deserves a place in your cologne drawer, for those occasions where you just want to small nice, but don't want to spaff a fortune on a fancy scent made by high fashion mobsters.
