This was so good! This enriched dough is super soft and has a rich delicious flavor, loaded up with coconut flakes. This was great with some fried fish. I initially planned to do plain jumbo bread rolls but I had some coconut milk and shredded coconut so I one shot this....absolutely perfect!

INGREDIENTS LIST
1 lb. All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1 Whole Egg
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
2/3rd tsp Salt
2 oz Butter
1/2 Cup Fresh Shredded Coconut (Desiccated coconut is also good)
-A bit of milk to brush the rolls
-Butter to brush the hot rolls
-Empty belly to eat them!
