How to repair a bad Harbor Breeze ceiling fan and light fixture

Harbor Breeze ceiling fan from Lowes, about 10-15 years old. My wife turned the lights on to the ceiling fan without the fan being on and heard popping and cracking and smelled some burning. In this video I am replacing the capacitor part number Cbb61, I purchased it from Amazon for $6 or so
