Also used for cutscenes for its carefree feeling, but often used for generic dungeon overworld music. Although i labeled it at first as "underground" music because i had memories of hearing it in caves, so maybe it also played in the old mines, but it could be the fact most dungeons are holes underground too.

Why C and not A or B? Well, B is already uploaded, i assign them letters instead of 1, 2, 3, etc... because it looks better in general, but they're in alphabetical order based on how much they're used or represent the title they're given. Dungeon B isn't the most used, but easily the second most recognizable dungeon theme, along with maybe this one, but i wasn't so convinced this was used mostly in dungeons until after doing research.
Dungeon A will be uploaded later, because it's the staple dungeon music, and the oldest for that matter, present in beta versions as far back as 2008 from what i could find.

As for the places, they're too many, you can check them out yourself in-game, they're all there still, but it's not like the music is heavily representative of each of them, so maybe if you do they'll have a different soundtrack now due to an update.
There's an outliar here tho, Sisters of Dathura's hideout, but it's nothing too important, just an interesting place hidden in Astrub, it doesn't add much to anything but it's small details like these that make MMOs more interesting, you find a cool hidden place and show it to a friend, use it as a hiding spot, whatever, it gives the impression the world isn't as limited as you might think, meaningless interesting little places are the best.
