Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups Bajra ( Pearl Millet Flour)
1/2 cup Yogurt / Curd
1 & 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1/4 cup Green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup Carrot grated
1/2 cup Spinach chopped
2 tbsp Green chili chopped
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic crushed
1 tsp Carom seeds ( Ajwain)
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp Hing
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Cooking oil
