If you’re anybody like me, you regrettably abused your body over the years and for me my shoulder and knees have taken a beating or two. When I was in 7h grade, I got into a scooter accident that where I tore some ligaments in my right knee and over the years it’s been better but fast forward to a year and a half ago and I got into a bicycle/car accident where I fractured my shoulder riding my bike.
