Fresh Green Chillies have a short life span and tend to spoil fast if it is not stored properly. Use these simple tips from this video to store green chilies for a long time and enjoy an uninterrupted supply for months!!
Method:
1. De stem the chilies.
2. Discard the rotten, separate the less bruised / minor bug or insect bites. Chop off the damaged part.
3. wash them in running cold water and strain using colander.
4. Pat dry with a kitchen towel, air dry placing over a paper towel until there is no trace of water.
5. Bag them in ziploc bags with a paper towel to keep it moisture free.
6. Store these for a month.
6. Freezing will keep them good for a long time. (6 months or more)
