Atif Choudhury: With an impressive background in championing diversity, Atif Choudhury's leadership as CEO of Diversity and Ability is reshaping accessibility and enablement.

Meet the Guests:

Hannah Litt: Hannah is an award-winning Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Antiracism Senior Leader and speaker. Hannah was credited as a Top 100 Influential Muslim in the UK and Awarded Inspiring Automotive Women 2021 and 2022 where she spoke about the importance of role models and the lack that she had growing up as South Asian, Muslim Woman from the East African Diaspora with ADHD, OCD, Fibromyalgia, Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and PCOS.
Her experience spans across various industries and is currently working in Antiracism Enabling Technology for MindWeaver where she focuses on making sure people, systems, and processes are redesigned in equitable ways while supporting organisations be intersectionally antiracist in a sustainable way especially within enabling technology.

Vic Mazonas: Vic is an autistic queer person with C-PTSD who occasionally experience non-verbal episodes. They are also a regularly-exhibiting artist, a sought-after public speaker and general manager of GAIN.
Vic is fortunate to have a life filled with neurodivergent, queer community and has seen first-hand how transformative it can be to have a space filled with understanding and acceptance. After the insurance industry gave them their first opportunity to thrive in the workplace, Vic now seeks to help make the financial services industries a haven for others who haven’t yet received the same good fortune.
