Guild Wars 2 - Condi Alacrity Tempest 25k [outdated]

I don't know if arcdps works properly right now because the log shows 25k when the final ingame number is 24k and usually that one is more reliable (i also got a 24,5k run but arcdps wasn't working then). Anyway this is a test for condi alac tempest, a build that seems to be viable. I didn't go with huge hitbox although it affects tempest, but i took elementals because even though they put some rng into this, they are more realistic imo (as long as you precast them normally) since you are gonna be taking them in actual encounters.
I don't know where other alacrity specs (specter, renegade, mirage, mechanist) currently land but tempest seems ok and on top of permanent alacrity it generates 19 stacks of might, 17% fury and some protection (permanent on yourself). There are 2 builds you can play, the 3 overload one i am using here is this:

The 2 overload one is full ritualist's, concetration food + enhancement, concetration sigil which gets you at 83% bd and barely makes it possible to give permanent alacrity (i got 1k less with that at 23k). Personally i prefer the one i am showing here that runs at 37% bd and has more room to increase it if you don't want the rotation to be that tight. Only awkward moment is having to auto attack in air with dagger
