Eiscue is a pretty cool Pokemon with a completely unique ability that is similar to Disguise. Eiscue has the ability Ice Face which blocks the first Physical attacking attack that lands on Eiscue then breaks. However it doesn't only block the attack, it also changes his stats, it loses 40 base stats in DEF & SP. DEF, but then gains 80 base SPEED. After it gains 80 SPEED it becomes incredibly fast. Not to mention this Pokemon has access to Belly Drum which maximizes its attack by trading half of its HP. So with a Follow Me user, or blocking an attack with Ice Face, this Pokemon can become an incredibly fast and +6 ATK Pokemon. In Singles its played quite similarly but requires a little less since it can switch in safely then use Belly Drum while your opponent has to break its Ice Face or reposition. Overall I think this Pokemon is really strong in Singles and an underrated Pokemon in VGC. As always if you like this kind of content like and subscribe!
