If time doesn't permit making stuffing from scratch, you can take a plain old box of stuffing mix from the grocery store and add a few simple ingredients to turn the ordinary into something special--Bacon Apple Walnut Stuffing. I followed the baking instructions and liquid requirements for the box of stuffing I chose. Follow those on the box you choose.

Ingredient List

1 12 oz Box of Stuffing
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Large Granny Smith Apple
1 Large Onion
4 Celery Stalks
6 TBSP Butter
3 1/2 Cups Turkey or Chicken Stock
Seasoning If Needed
