Born Leo Gallagher, he was a hilarious comedian who became famous for his antics on stage. The skit he was most well-known for was bashing fruits with a large mallet, especially watermelons. People would take large plastic sheets, raincoats and whatever else they could find to protect themselves from the splattering fruit when attending his shows. However, he wasn't just about watermelons: he had a lot of fun and witty jokes.
