In the1980s, the Great Salt Lake in the state of Utah covered over 8-thousand square kilometers. But drought, combined with an overuse of water, reduced it to 25-hundred-square kilometers today. And scientists are not optimistic about the future of what used to be the largest saltwater lake in the Western Hemisphere. John Zarrella reports.
