📝 Green cucumber salsa recipe -    • How to Make The Most Cool & Refreshing Cuc...

Ingredients
3 Cucumber's
3 carrots
1 jalapeño pepper
1 serrano pepper
3 tomatoes
1/2 red onion
Small bunch of cilantro
1 green onion
5 chiles de Àrobol (keep out if you don’t like spicy salsa)
1 lemon (Myers :) or lime
1 5.5oz can V8 juice
1/2 cup clamato
1/2 TBSP SALT
1 tsp salt

I enjoy this recipe with tostadas, Mayo, and topped with cucumber salsa roja
As a snack I love to pair this salsa with cool ranch Doritos
