Suggested Snack of the Week for this Bite: Sweet and Salty Trail Mix 
Ingredients
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups of your favorite crispy cereal
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup chocolate morsels

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 
Combine the cereal, pretzels, and peanuts in a large bowl. Set aside. 
In a medium saucepan on low heat, melt the butter then stir in the cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla. Cook until the butter starts to bubble. 
Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients in the large bowl and toss until evenly coated. Pour onto the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Stir the mixture on the baking sheet then bake for another 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Break up any pieces that are stuck together.
Once the mixture is cool, add the chocolate morsels and toss.
