3 cable presses I love to train and program for power, strength and mobility.

1. Rotational press: Builds power and trains the core and spine resilience at the same time. An easy move to add into your program if you are only do traditional chest press.

2. Isolated press: Targets the shoulders and chest to build strength and muscle in isolation. Easier on the shoulder joint than dumbell or barbell pressing.

3. Shotput press: Performance focused press for athletic pursuits but I like to do it to build better control and power through the whole body. Make sure to drop the hips slightly before going into the press.
