First real start in over 30 years! Ballist resistor for the win.

I was in a bad mood, so we decided to see if the ballist resistor would fix the van. I got a good dopamine hit with this start, and I'm really glad she's running now.

Things we did to get her running:
New Carburetor
Oiled the cylinder heads
Oil change and filter
Disconnect from old gas tank
Ignition coil and condenser
Spark plugs and wires
Distributor cap and rotor
Ignition relay
and last but not least, ballist resistor
