Should I say I'm one of the many burned rental property owners in Indianapolis area. We watched them videos those two looked decent folks we loved them. Then we had a meeting wid David Kohen (sales gyu) explaining the business and what should we expect. This house we bought from Morris Invest in September 2017 with the guarantee that in 12 to 16 week the renovation will be completed and property rented out.
For sure by end of November they reported that renovation is completed and property was transfered to their PM company partner for further management and finding occupants.
Here's where things got complicated and the whole Morris concept started to crumble. Very seldom they were answering the emails and corresponding, nobody was picking the phone to ansfer and when you get somebody it was always same ansfer - we are having someone lined. We also ordered inspection on the house, but there were nobody from PM to open it.
Then all of a sudden we got a call informing us that this house is at 70% renovated and will be soon on the market - weird!
Now to ger even more weirder - few days Clayton himself calls. He expressed dissapointment in his parner Ocean Pointe who isn't treating Morrises invest clients up to his expectations, then he offered us to move our property to Blue Sky (Claytons own PM company) with the promise to complete the unfinished renovation and rent it out in the next couple of weeks.
Fast forward it is the same fiasko. Blue Sky started reporting on the reno then it dryed up, nobody ansfering email and phones, Clayton disconnected his phone too and finally Blye Sky said that they are not responsible for completing this renovation.
At the end Clayton anounced to his investors in Indianapolis that everithing has come to an end and we have to deal with our losses.

and he moved to different markets all around the country - Detroit, Jacksonville fl, Texas and god knows where elce.
Now is October 2018 we see the house last month and ....you see for yourself.
Love you folks, and if I can prevent at least one falling for the Morris Skam I'll be good. Don't just listen use the brain between tem ears too.
