Interview edited in the framework of the activity Oral Histories developed within the Creative Europe co-funded project "AToM-Archives and Traces of Migration".

Pepe Noja was a sculptor, painter and pilot. He emigrated to the Ntherlands in 1960. He sudied art at the Famous Arts School of California. In 1975, he returned to Spain and devoted himself mainly to contemporary sculpture.

This interview was recorded by the Ramon Rubial Foundation in 2009 as part of the Testimonial Collection of Exiles project, benefiting form a grant aimed at activities related to the victims of the Spanish Civil War and the Franco Regime. This grant was announced by Order PRE/3542/2007, DATED December 4, from the Ministry of the Presidency.
