Hey guys!! So I kinda had this AU idea for a while and because I'm a lazy ass person I decided to do a video instead of writing a one shot :P So I'll break it down into a headcanon if you guys can't quite understand some parts :)

Freya is an aspiring lawyer who just got an internship in her adoptive parents' law firm.(Mikael&Esther were young and gave Freya up.She was later adopted by a loving Sinclair family). One night Freya's adoptive parents invited their old high school friend and his son over for a dinner. That's how Freya came to know Lucien Castle who just got back from serving in navy and is aspiring to become a successful business man. The pair hit it right off and when Lucien contacted Freya again she agreed to go on a date. Lucien comes by the law firm to pick Freya up for their date and Freya is pleasently surprised when she finds out Lucien is taking her for a little forest exploring. Over time their relationship develops even more. After half a year of dating the couple seems stronger than ever. That is until Freya is faced with a hard decision: she gets an offer for an internship in a prestigious law firm, even better than her parents' the problem is that it's in New York. Freya knows how hard it would be to leave everything behind. Freya decides to think about it a little more and in the mean time tell the news to her boyfriend. But when she goes to see Lucien she finds him pressed against a wall kissing some girl. Hurt and betrayed Freya throws caution to the wind and accepts the intership and leaves. What Freya did not know was that Lucien wasn't cheating, the girl kissed him and as soon as Freya left that night he pushed the other girl away and told her he loved his girlfriend.Not that it helped him because Freya didn't give him a chance to explain, Lucien didn't even know where she left after their break up. Ten years later Freya has everything she ever dreamed about:a great job, friends and most of all? 5 years ago she found her real family. Although her real parents had already passed away Freya still found out she had 4 brothers and a sister. The Mikaelsons gladly welcomed the new addition to their family. It seemed that her life was perfect, but there were some lonely nights were she would feel uneasy even though she didn't know why. One day Freya was strolling through the French quarter when suddenly she thought she saw Lucien. After taking a second glance Freya was sure it was him. Panicked and unsure of herself Freya fled to home and tried to forget seeing her first love after ten years. What she didn't know was that Lucien came to Nola to visit his old college friend Niklaus Mikaelson. The two catch up in one of the best Nola bars and as always Klaus briought up the subject Lucien hated most: Freya. Back in college Lucien told Nick about a girl he loved who left him thinking he cheated on her. So even after all this time Klaus would often remind him of the girl he was pining over in an attemp to make Lucien find her. Of course Lucien wasn't that brave also he wouldn't know where to begin looking for her.So instead he drilled Nick about his life. Klaus told him about finally reuniting with his long lost sister who is also named Freya. Lucien gets intrigued and when Nick offers to go back to his place and catch up with the rest of his family he agrees. When they get to the Mikaelson compound Klaus tries to introduce Freya to Lucien, but Lucien can't believe he is seeing Freya for the first time in forever. Freya is shocked when she finds Lucien's in her home. Lucien tries to be charming, but it doesn't work on Freya. Even after all these years she is hurt from his betrayal.Later on in the evening when Lucien leaves Freya decides to google him and find out about his life as much as possible. She finds out that he's a successful CEO in his own company just like he wanted to be. She gets cought snooping when her younger brother Elijah finds her with an old picture of Lucien, so Freya fesses up about their past and tells him things did not end well between them. To Lucien though this is a second chance to prove that he wasn't cheating, so after a few ''accidental'' run ins in streets and bars, he gets the nerve to call her. Of course things don't go smooth, so Lucien comes by and tries to use his charm to get on her good side. When that doesn't work he finally decides to cut the bullshit and staigth up tells Freya the whole truth. Confused Freya doesn't know what to do, unconciously she starts thinking about the old days and decides to give Lucien a second chance. Their first date now is quite more fancy than back in the day and it leads to them intimately making up for the lost time.
