Best Motorcycle Route in North Texas?

This is video of a ride on a highly recommended motorcycle route for North Texas. The ride begins in Melissa, Texas and ends in Honey Grove, Texas, but I decided to continue on to Bonham.

Directions:
From Melissa-
Turn East on FM 545 towards Blue Ridge
In Blue Ridge turn North on Hwy 78
Travel approximately ½ mile before turning East on FM 981
East of Frognot, take FM 1562 East towards Celeste
In Celeste turn Southbound on U.S. 69
Stay on U.S. 69 for a few blocks before turning North on FM 272
Travel approximately 6 miles on FM 272 to reach the intersection of FM 816
Turn East on FM 816 towards Wolfe City
In Wolfe City turn North on State Hwy 34 towards Honey Grove
