Authorities say the cause of the blast remains unknown, and while the investigation continues, the incident is not currently being treated as terror-related.
Emergency crews, including helicopters and ambulances, worked through the night to evacuate victims as officials warn the final toll could rise. A press briefing has been scheduled as investigators continue to examine whether the explosion may have started in the basement of the bar.
