Write: Written artifact that every stakeholder can refer to for knowing what is happening when, you want to reduce how often you are orally transmitting information
In terms of the content, that is highly specific to what you want to teach but it helps to start with
“What is the gap between that my students know and what they need to know
How can I bridge that gap in 4 steps.
This is the “what” of your curriculum
Once you have that the “what” of your curriculum” then it is down to the “when” sequencing things and filling in the mini details
I find that ChatGPT is very helpful for brainstorming sequencing what to work on next
Protip: Ask ChatGPT to help you sequence what tasks should be done, put it into a Google Sheet then convert that sheet into assets that can be shared with all the relevant stakeholders
Create a clear program structure with key dates and a visual infographic.
