Burger season calls for the perfect fried egg smash burger!

🍔 Start by heating your frypan to medium heat and toasting your buns, then adding a spicy mayo on each bun along with lettuce, tomato slices, and onion.

🍔 Divide 1 lb of ground beef into 6 equal balls, place them on the hot pan, and press down firmly using the grill press. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the bottom begins to brown. Flip, add American cheese to melt, then remove and repeat with the remaining beef.

🍔 When all the burger patties are cooked, crack your egg into the pan and fry until cooked to your liking. Add two patties and the fried egg to your burger, and enjoy!
