I've been looking for ways to ease my anxiety. I decided to try painting for anxiety relief. I filmed my first time painting for you and I hope you enjoy it. Get comfy, kick your feet up and watch me paint away our anxiety and find some calm together.

I have found that painting is a great stress reliever. Although I am (obviously) not so-great at it, it had a positive therapeutic effect. When I look at my discombobulated painting, it just makes me smile.
