Hi everyone, I am a great believer that a makeover can lift your spirits. Whether it is a massage, pedicure, haircut or new lipstick! I have always been energized and charge my creative juices by taking a pretend retreat and giving my body a special treat. So, one of the things that really kept me going during the pandemic loneliness and fear was occasionally taking the time to pamper my body, heart, and soul. To establish some beauty, skincare, and hair rituals that bring a smile to my face and lift my spirits!

In this article, I talk about some very specific things you can do to recharge and relax your troubled mind. Sometimes it is the smallest things and more than anything allows a surrender into the worry and fear and just lifting your spirits with an act of kindness and self love. I hope you enjoy the video!
