For the first time, I was able to participate in a Taiwanese Tea Ceremony. It was rather interesting because of the method used to prepare the tea. My friend was right...western tea is rather boring. We usually put a teabag in a mug filled with hot water.

The Taiwanese Tea making process is much more detailed, indeed!

We also took the Gondola (cable car), near the Taipei Zoo, to the top of the mountain. It was definitely the longest cable car that I have ever been on! We went round 12pm. I recommend the early morning or evening for better views.

It was such a fun day!
