This one’s a big step toward full automation. I processed a mountain of boxes off-camera to clear the backlog, wrapped up Day 10, and then kicked off Day 11 with a plan: make enough money to expand the system. With those earnings, I finally added our first sticker scanner, which means we’re inching closer to an actual hands-free setup.

Now all we need are some buffer storage racks, and then the parcels can run themselves while we stack up enough cash for the ultimate build (~70k). We’re not fully there yet, but the machine is starting to feel alive.
