Hello guys, welcome back to another video. In today's video I will be showing you guys have to do beginner OLL.
The first step of OLL is to solve the yellow cross. If you only have a yellow dot in the center like this then do this algorithm, F, R, U, R', U', F'.
Then you should get an L shape. Put the L on the bottom right and then do the same move but instead of using a 1 layer F move use a 2 layer F move. This would but notated with a lower case f. f, R, U, R', U', f.
If you get the yellow line then, position it horizontally and do the same move from the yellow dot, F (R U R' U') F'. Finally, if you already have the cross you don't have to do anything because the set has already been completed.
The final step of OLL that we have is to orient the edge pieces so that they display yellow on top. If you have 1 corner piece that is oriented correctly then move it to a side facing you so that the other side shows a yellow tile. If your tile is on the right-hand side then do this algorithm. R, U, R', U, R, U2, R'. If your yellow tile is on the left-hand side then to this algorithm, L', U', L, U', L', U2, L.
If you have no edge pieces that are oriented corrected and the edge pieces face opposite directions like this then do this move with a yellow tile facing you and do this algorithm. Turn the front side the right the do R, U, R', U' 3 times. After that turn the front side to the left.
If you have no edges pieces that are oriented but 2 of them are facing you and the other 2 are facing to the right and left, then put the pair that look in the opposite direction to the right side like this. Then turn the cube up so that you see the white face, and do this algorithm R U2 (R2 U' R2 U' R2) U2 R. This should give you all the white tiles facing up.
If you have two that are not oriented correctly and the face opposite directions then up those edge pieces to the left side and do this algorithm L U R' U') (L' U R U'
If you have 2 tiles that are correct and next to each other but the disoriented pieces are facing the same direction, then get the disoriented pieces facing you and then do this algorithm, R2 D R' U2 R D' R' U2 R'.
Finally, if you have 2 corner stickers that are oriented correctly but are opposite, move it so that you can see the yellow tiles of the disoriented pieces. If I orient my piece here it wouldn't show both disoriented yellow tiles but if it put it here I will see it, so I should put it here like this. Then turn the cube up so that you see the white face and do this algorithm, (R' U R D') (R' U' R D).
