When I was struggling with my feet I made the most progress when I stopped doing ONLY foot exercises and started doing Pilates and other core/hip/pelvis/glute work with my friends over at Gait Happens. In a matter of months my feet started visibly changing and were no longer flat!

This is not news to many practitioners, especially those who do pelvic floor work. Foot health = whole body health!
