Neuro-linguistic programming studies the ways our thoughts affect our behavior. It looks at how our brain interprets the information it receives from the outer world and how these interpretations affect our thoughts and actions.
It does this through language – the linguistic part of neuro-linguistic programming techniques. By examining how our brains process information, NLP techniques help us get aware of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions and make the desired outcome or change in our behavior.
Techniques of NLP are successfully applied in various fields like persuasion, sales, negotiation, management training, sports, teaching, coaching, team building, public speaking, and hiring employees.

For me, learning is like breathing. Unconsciously or consciously, one always keeps learning and absorbing. Like Breathing is to Living, so is Learning to Development. Constant growth is essential to living a wholesome and healthy life. Without it, we become stagnant. What is life without continual growth and development?

----------------------------About Us-------------------------------
We at the School Matters are an ecosystem of education enthusiasts who believe in the power of good education and its impact on children and the world.
The Novo Leaders program has a goal of creating Novo Leaders in one million families. What is a Novo Leader?
Novoleaders are problem-solving young leaders who have taken on a result-oriented approach with the ability to transform self & others.
To achieve our goal, we have focused on the ten quotients of development in children at an early age. These ten quotients have then been divided into four core components that are:
Being: Spiritual Quotient, Emotional Quotient, Health Quotient
Doing: Communication Quotient, Behavioural Quotient, Digital Quotient
Thinking: Intelligence Quotient, Learning Quotient
Evolving: Vocational Quotient, Financial Quotient
It seems like a pretty ambitious goal, and that is what drives us. There have been many problems with achieving this goal, some of which you might relate to.
