Building up the thigh muscles can help to support the knees and this move has the potential to relieve pain fairly quickly 👀

The goal is getting your knee as straight as possible ↔️

If you are unable to lift the leg off of the floor- think about squeezing the thigh muscles and attempting to. This fires the muscle even if you aren’t actually lifting off the floor 🔥
